การพัฒนานักสื่อสารสันติภาพในการสื่อสารเชิงสันติและการสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์ทางศาสนา ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ๑) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการสื่อสารเชิงสันติของผู้นำทางศาสนา ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี ๒) เพื่อพัฒนานักสื่อสารสันติภาพในการสื่อสารเชิงสันติทางศาสนา ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี ๓) เพื่อเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายการสื่อสารเชิงสันติและการสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์ทางศาสนา ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ในกลุ่มทรงคุณวุฒิ และนักวิชาการ โดยผู้วิจัยเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) จำนวน ๑๒ รูป/คน และการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสื่อสารสันติภาพ จำนวน ๙ รูป/คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ๑. กระบวนการสื่อสารเชิงสันติของผู้นำทางศาสนา ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี พบว่า ผู้นำทางศาสนา มีการส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม โน้มน้าวจูงใจคนในชุมชนให้มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมภายในชุมชนที่จะต้องให้ความสำคัญกับกิจกรรมทางศาสนา เพราะเป็นรากฐานของสังคม ผู้นำทางศาสนา มีการแสวงหาจุดร่วม สงวนจุดต่างคนที่มีวัฒนธรรมแตกต่างกัน มีการสื่อสารด้วยสติและปัญญา มุ่งให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อชุมชน สังคมเป็นที่ตั้ง ผู้นำทางศาสนา มีการแก้ไขปัญหาความรุนแรงตามแนวทางสมานฉันท์ ให้ความสำคัญกับการเข้าถึงวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยอาศัยสันติวิธี สร้างสันติสุข และความมั่นคงให้กับชุมชน โดยหลีกเลี่ยงการใช้อำนาจในการให้ความชอบธรรมกับการใช้ความรุนแรง ความขัดแย้ง และข้อพิพาท ปัจจัยที่ทำให้ชุมชนอยู่กันอย่างปกติสุข เพราะมีการให้ความเคารพสิทธิเสรีภาพ การสร้างความปรองดอง มีหลักการสากลที่เริ่มต้นจากการเจรจาไกล่เกลี่ย หรือการใช้กระบวนการทางนิติบัญญัติ ๒. พัฒนานักสื่อสารสันติภาพในการสื่อสารเชิงสันติทางศาสนา ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี พบว่า ผู้นำทางศาสนา มีการอบรม พัฒนาตนเอง มีการนำหลักคำสอนทางศาสนาไปเผยแผ่ ทำกิจกรรมสาธารณะประโยชน์ มีภาคีเครือข่ายการประสานงาน การช่วยเหลือด้านสาธารณะสงเคราะห์ร่วมกัน หลักคำสอนและบทบัญญัติของศาสนาพุทธ คริสต์ และอิสลาม มุ่งสอนให้ศาสนิกชนมีสันติสุข มีความรัก ความเมตตา ความสามัคคี ความเอื้ออาทร ผู้นำทางศาสนาที่เป็นผู้สื่อสารสันติภาพ มีบทบาทในการนำหลักคำสอนไปเผยแผ่และปลูกฝังเมล็ดพันธุ์แห่งสันติภาพขึ้นในจิตใจของศาสนิกชน และมีบทบาทในการสร้างชุมชนให้เข้มแข็ง ด้วยการสร้างเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม อบรมปลูกฝังความเชื่อ ค่านิยม ทัศนคติ เพื่อเสริมสร้างสังคมสันติสุข เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชน ปฏิบัติหน้าที่และพัฒนาชุมชนให้การอยู่ร่วมกันได้อย่างปกติสุข ๓. เสริมสร้างเครือข่ายการสื่อสารเชิงสันติและการสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์ทางศาสนา ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี พบว่า ศาสนาพุทธ: มีการเคารพสิทธิเสรีภาพ มีวัดเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ เพื่อเสริมสร้างการการสื่อสาร มีกิจกรรมจิตอาสาพัฒนาชุมชน มีการสอนให้รู้จักความทุกข์ที่มีจิตเป็นอิสระ โครงการ ครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน โครงการอบรมพระวิปัสสนาจารย์ โครงการอบรมค่ายพุทธบุตรเรื่องคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และความมีจิตมีเมตตา มีการส่งเสริมความเสมอภาคเท่าเทียมกัน มีการสื่อสารสันติภาพ โดยพระสงฆ์เป็นผู้ปลูกฝังเมล็ดพันธุ์แห่งสันติภาพ ให้ความสำคัญกับความเสมอภาค เป็นวิถีแห่งความพอดี ดำเนินชีวิตตามเส้นทางสายกลาง ที่เรียกว่า มัชฌิมาปฏิปทา และมีการเสริมสร้างภาคีเครือข่ายไปยังผู้นำทางศาสนาคริสต์ และอิสลาม ศาสนาคริสต์: มีการเสริมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม คือ การที่คนในชุมชนเข้าไปเกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรม และให้ความสำคัญกับความรัก ความสามัคคี เป็นคุณธรรมที่จะหล่อหลอมคนในชุมชนให้เป็นคนมีจิตใจที่เป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกัน ศาสนาคริสต์ สอนเรื่องของความรัก ความเมตตา และให้ความสำคัญกับสันติสุข คือ พระพรอันยิ่งใหญ่ เหตุเกิดของสันติสุข จะต้องมีเพื่อนที่ดี ต้องมีครอบครัวที่ดี ต้องมีความปลอดภัยและความมั่นคงในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน ให้ความสำคัญกับทุกคนเป็นดุจพี่น้องกัน มีหลักสูตร BEC “Basic Ecclesial Communities” หรือวิถีชุมชนวัด ที่เป็นวิถีชีวิตที่คริสตชน ทุกคนพึงเป็น อาศัยพระหรรษทานของพระเจ้า ดำเนินชีวิตตามคำสอนของพระเยซูคริสตเจ้า เป็นหนึ่งเดียวกับเพื่อนพี่น้อง ด้วยการรักกันและกัน ช่วยเหลือแบ่งปันกัน เอาใจใส่ดูแลและเสริมสร้างสังคมที่คริสตชนเป็นสมาชิก และเป็นประจักษ์พยานถึงพระเยซูคริสตเจ้าแก่ทุกคนรอบข้าง ศาสนาอิสลาม: มีการเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายการสื่อสารเชิงสันติ โดยสอนให้มีการดำเนินชีวิตที่เลือกสรรเฉพาะสิ่งที่ดี อันเป็นที่ยอมรับของสังคม ปฏิบัติตนให้เป็นผู้ดำรงอยู่ในศีลธรรม พัฒนาตนเองไปสู่การมีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี เป็นคนที่รู้จักหน้าที่ ห่วงใย มีเมตตา มีความรัก มีการส่งเสริมความยุติธรรม ซื่อสัตย์ต่อผู้อื่น รู้จักปกป้องสิทธิของตน ไม่ละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่น เป็นผู้มีความเสียสละไม่เห็นแก่ตัว หมั่นใฝ่หาความรู้ และมีการยึดหลักการแห่งความเสมอภาคระหว่างชายกับหญิง พระศาสดา มูฮัมหมัด ทรงปฏิบัติต่อชายและหญิงอย่างเท่าเทียมกัน และมียุทธวิธีมากมายในการสนับสนุนการแก้ไขความขัดแย้งด้วยวิถีทางตามแนวสันติวิธี นักสื่อสารสันติภาพของผู้นำทางศาสนา ประกอบด้วย พุทธ คริสต์ และอิสลาม มีการเสริมสร้างรากฐานแห่งจิตวิญญาณ สร้างวิถีสันติพหุวัฒนธรรม พัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเอง ทำหน้าที่สื่อสารสันติภาพภายใต้หลักคำสอนทางศาสนาของตน ตลอดถึงส่งเสริมการมีจิตอาสาในการทำหน้าที่ เพื่อสร้างสันติสุขให้เกิดขึ้นในชุมชน การมีความรัก ความสามัคคี และความปรองดองในชุมชน ให้ความสำคัญกับความเสมอภาค ความร่วมมือร่วมใจกัน การเคารพให้เกียรติกัน ความเสียสละ และความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม ได้องค์ความรู้ คือ ความรัก ความเมตตา คุณธรรม จริยธรรม ความสามัคคี ความเสมอภาค และสันติภาพ คำสำคัญ : นักสื่อสารสันติภาพ, การสื่อสารเชิงสันติ, การสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์ Abstract The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To study the process of peaceful communication among religious leaders in Chanthaburi Province. 2) To develop peace communicators in the context of peaceful religious communication in Chanthaburi Province. 3) To strengthen the network of peaceful communication and foster religious harmony in Chanthaburi Province. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews with key informants in the qualified group and experts in peaceful communication. The researcher utilizes purposive sampling, selecting 12 individuals for in-depth interviews and 9 experts for focus group discussions. The research findings indicate that: 1. The peaceful communication process of religious leaders in Chanthaburi province involves promoting teamwork, motivating community members to participate in religious activities within the community, which are fundamental to society. Religious leaders seek common ground, respect cultural differences, communicate with wisdom and mindfulness, aiming to benefit the community and establish peace. They address violence issues according to the principles of reconciliation, emphasizing peaceful conflict resolution and community well-being, avoiding the misuse of power, violence, conflicts, and disputes. Factors contributing to community harmony include respect for freedom, the promotion of reconciliation, and adherence to international principles originating from negotiation or legal processes. 2. In terms of the development of peace communicators in peaceful religious communication in Chanthaburi province, it was found that religious leaders undergo training and self-development. They disseminate religious teachings, engage in public beneficial activities, establish networking for coordination, and participate in mutual assistance for public welfare. Emphasizing the teachings and principles of Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam, they aim to instill peace, love, compassion, unity, and generosity among followers. Religious leaders as peace communicators play a crucial role in propagating religious teachings and cultivating seeds of peace in the minds of followers. They also contribute to community strengthening by promoting virtues, ethics, imparting beliefs, values, and attitudes to foster a peaceful society. They focus on community participation, fulfilling responsibilities, and developing communities for harmonious living. 3. In terms of Enhancing the network for religious peaceful communication and fostering religious harmony in Chanthaburi province found that: Buddhism: There is a respect for freedom of religion, with temples serving as centers of learning to enhance communication. There are community development voluntary activities aimed at spiritual growth, teaching about the nature of suffering and mental freedom. Projects include teaching moral values in schools, training Buddhist teachers, and organizing Buddhist camp programs focusing on ethics, morality, and compassion. Emphasis is placed on gender equality, promoting peace communication, with monks nurturing seeds of peace and advocating for equality. They emphasize the middle path known as “Majjhimāpaṭipadā” and cultivate networks with Christian and Islamic leaders. Christianity: There is an emphasis on community involvement and the importance of love and unity as virtues that unify people in the community. Christianity teaches about love, compassion, and emphasizes peace, which stems from the great love of God. The source of peace requires good friends, a good family, and security and stability in life and property. Everyone is valued as brothers and sisters, following the BEC (Basic Ecclesial Communities) curriculum, which is a way of life for Christians. People rely on God’s grace and live according to the teachings of Jesus Christ, treating each other as siblings, showing love, helping, sharing, caring, and building a Christian community. They testify to Jesus Christ to everyone around them. Islam: There is a focus on building a network of peaceful communication by teaching individuals to live a life that chooses only what is good and accepted by society. They practice being morally upright individuals, developing themselves towards having a good personality, being responsible, compassionate, loving, promoting justice, honesty towards others, respecting their rights, not violating the rights of others, being selfless, seeking knowledge, and adhering to the principle of equality between men and women. Prophet Muhammad treated men and women equally and there are many methods to support conflict resolution through peaceful means. The peace communicators among religious leaders, including Buddhists, Christians, and Muslims, aim to cultivate a spiritual foundation, foster a multi-cultural peace, develop their own potential, and communicate in peace under the teachings of their respective religions. They promote volunteerism to foster community peace, love, unity, and harmony within the community. They emphasize equity, cooperation, mutual respect, volunteerism, and cultural diversity.
