CSR วิถีพุทธ : แนวคิดเพื่อการจัดการวิกฤติการณ์สิ่งแวดล้อมยุคใหม่ CSR Buddhist approach : A concept for managing environment crisis in the modern age

บทคัดย่อ วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีมีคุณประโยชน์แก่ชีวิตมนุษย์มากก็จริง ถึงอย่างนั้น ก็มีโทษมหันต์ด้วยขึ้นอยู่ว่าจะนำไปใช้อย่างไร วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี จึงเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้มนุษย์และสิ่งแวดล้อมเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากเดิม สิ่งที่มนุษย์ได้รับจากวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ก็ล้วนแต่เป็นสิ่งที่ดีงาม สร้างสรรค์ อำนวยความสะดวกสบาย เทคโนโลยีเป็นการนำเอาวิทยาศาสตร์ และความรู้ที่ได้จากการวบรวมมาประยุกต์ใช้ตามความประสงค์ของมนุษย์ เพื่อแก้ปัญหาและเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายในการดำเนินชีวิต ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องเชื่อมโยงกับปัจจัยด้านความเหมาะสม ค่านิยม วัฒนธรรมทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และการเมือง มนุษย์เพลิดเพลินในการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ก้าวล้ำสมัย เป็นมูลเหตุให้เกิดปัญหาต่างๆ ตามมา มีผลกระทบถึงยุคปัจจุบัน และนับวันยิ่งทวีคูณ ความทุกข์ยากจากการเผชิญหน้าสภาวะแวดล้อมที่วิกฤติ อาจเพิ่มเป็นสองเท่าในอนาคตอันใกล้นี้ CSR วิถีพุทธ (Corporate Social Responsibility) คือ การดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้หลักจริยธรรม และการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี ควบคู่ไปกับการใส่ใจรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยรับผิดชอบสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ทั้งในระดับใกล้และไกล เพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืน สามารถสร้างความสุขที่แท้จริง ให้กับตนเอง ธุรกิจ รวมทั้งสังคม วัฒนธรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อม บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้ มุ่งที่จะชี้ให้เห็นถึงสภาพปัญหาความเสื่อมโทรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และการนำเอาหลักพุทธธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ร่วมกันสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดี และอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติให้คงอยู่อย่างสมดุล แก้ไขปัญหามลพิษ ฝุ่นละออง ปัญหาเสียงดัง ปัญหาน้ำเน่าเสีย และหมอกควัน เป็นต้น เพื่อส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และเตรียมความพร้อมให้ประเทศสามารถปรับตัวรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคตได้อย่างยั่งยืน ปัญหาวิกฤตการณ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ในมุมมองของพระพุทธศาสนาเน้นการสร้างปัญญา และปลูกจิตสำนึกเชิงจริยธรรม เพราะพระพุทธศาสนาเกิดขึ้นท่ามกลางธรรมชาติ ตลอดพระชนม์ชีพของพระพุทธเจ้า พระองค์ทรงประสูติ ตรัสรู้ แสดงพระธรรมเทศนา อยู่จำพรรษา และปรินิพพานในป่า ผูกพันกับสิ่งแวดล้อมทางธรรมชาติ พระองค์ทรงรู้แจ้งธรรมชาติ และกฎเกณฑ์ของธรรมชาติอย่างเป็นระบบ และพระธรรมอันประเสริฐ ที่พระพุทธเจ้าทรงตรัสรู้นั้น คือ ธรรมชาติ กฎเกณฑ์ของธรรมชาติ วิธีปฏิบัติให้สอดคล้องสัมพันธ์กับกฎเกณฑ์ของธรรมชาติ เกื้อกูลอาศัยซึ่งกันและกัน โดยตรัสสอนว่า ธรรมชาติเป็นสิ่งที่รื่นรมย์ มนุษย์และสรรพสิ่งอยู่ภายใต้กฎเกณฑ์ของธรรมชาติ และธรรมชาตินั้นมีคุณค่าต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต หลักธรรมที่เกื้อกูลต่อการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมนั้น คือ หลักสัปปายะ 7 ประการ (ธรรมที่เหมาะกัน เกื้อกูลซึ่งกันและกัน) และในท่ามกลางวิกฤติความเสื่อมโทรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมกับความอยู่รอดของทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในอนาคต จึงไม่ควรคาดหวังผลสัมฤทธิ์กับหน่วยงานของรัฐเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ทว่า ควรสร้างจิตสำนึก ในเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เกิดขึ้นอย่างทั่วถึง ทั้งโดยทางสื่อสารมวลชน โดยระบบการศึกษาทุกระดับ และโดยสถาบันทางศาสนา เพื่อรักษา หวงแหน ปกป้อง ฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศ ให้เป็นการพัฒนาที่ควบคู่ไปกับเทคโนโลยีได้อย่างเหมาะสม และยั่งยืน Keyword : CSR วิถีพุทธ, การจัดการ, วิกฤติการณ์, สิ่งแวดล้อม Abstract Science and technology are beneficial to human life, but they have taken a monumental disaster, depending on how they are applied.They are key factors of human and environmental changes from the originally. What all good things we get from science and technology are creative, facilities and knowledge. It can solve the problem and improve the comfort of life, also they closely linked to the appropriate factors; cultural, social, economic and political value.But if human is entertained the use of advanced technologies it can cause problems later, affected as a big bomb dropped to the next generations. Suffering from facing major environmental crisis may be doubled in the near future. CSR Buddhist approach: Corporate Social Responsibility is a business conduct under ethic and moral principle. And also is a good business conduct parallel with the environmental protection. The responsibility of social and environmental leads to the sustainable business development. This will create a true happiness to oneself, business, society, culture and environment. This article is aimed at pointing out the problems of environmental degradation and the introduction of Buddhist approaches in environmental management and social responsibility, to create a better environment and conserve natural resources to balance all together, to resolve the problem of noise and dust pollution, water pollution and smog, and so on.and to promote environmental sustainability and prepare the country to adjust to accommodate future changes are sustainable. Environmental crisis in point of view of the Buddhism emphasizing on intellectual and moral awareness. Because of Buddhism had appeared in natural Environmental.Throughout the life of the Buddha, he was born, enlightened, preached and extinct in the wild forest. Engagement with the natural environment ,he enlightened the nature and rules of the nature as well. So, the Noble Dhamma of the Buddha attained enlightenment are the nature, the natural laws of nature and the practicing with rules of natural complementary relationship with each other.He said that Nature is pleasant. Human and all beings are subjected to the rules of nature. And nature is valuable to improving the quality of life principles. The Dhamma to the environment is the 7 Suppayas (Complementary Dhamma to each other). In the midst of the environmental crisis and to survive natural resources in the future we do not expect the achievement of the government alone, but we should create awareness of the environment to all social institutions such as journalism, education system at all levels and religious institutions to maintain, to cherish, to protect ecosystem restoration coupled the development of the appropriate and sustainable technology.
